Antiscale Dispersant XT-1000 for Industrial Circulating Cool Water System

Properties:

XT-1000 is a common inhibitor, as it can effectively inhibit precipitate of calcium carbonate, calcium oxalate, barium sulfate, and other salts with low solubility. XT-1000 plays the best scale performance through the following three mechanisms:

A. By critical value effect. Increase solubility; It can reduce precipitation of lower solubility salts (especially calcium).

B.Crystal correction. The growing salt crystal lattice distortion occurred, it became small and irregular, making it prone to breakage so it can not stick to the pipe's crystal, and it is easy to clean.

C.Disperse ability. Effectively prevent other crystal and inorganic particles precipitated from the coagulum and adhesion on the surface.

Usage:

Industrial water treatment - open circulate cooling system scale inhibitors (especially calcium). Boiler sediment and attachments dispersants. Oilfield water treatment - production equipment systems scale inhibitors.

Package and Storage:

200L plastic drum,IBC(1000L),customers’ requirement. Storage for ten months in a shady room and dry place. Frozen or long-term cold storage may cause separation of components. But performance remains. Simply heated and mixed, with no refrigeration, is best.

Safety Protection:

Acidity, avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
